There’s no doubt about it: the location of Borth Cottage, just outside
Abersoch, north Wales, is something special. It may even have one of
Britain’s finest views, looking over a sandy bay, with craggy rocks beyond
and Snowdon shimmering magnificently in the distance. Which is precisely why
Simon Nixon went for it. “I want the best locations in the country,” he
says. “I want to do this better than anyone else. I’m a very competitive
person.”
